• X-Pac X42 – The X-Pac X42 line is specifically engineered for gear that demands exceptional strength and durability without added weight. Featuring a 420D face, waterproof construction, and its signature X design, the shell is built to handle any season, location, or condition.
• Coyote Brown Interior – Unique to the X-Pac capsule is a coyote brown lining. The 420D HT Nylon 6,6 lining with PU coating adds a covert hit of colour and enhances internal gear visibility.
• PU-Coated YKK Zippers – Premium water-repellent zippers with RC Coil have been added to further weatherproof the X-Pac collection. The unique oval-shaped coil design offers added protection against the elements and resists tearing.
• Signature Panel Loading – A full clamshell opening makes packing easy, especially when loading the CPL. Internal mesh and opaque security pockets offer additional organisation.
• Ultimate Breathability – The back panel is constructed from a two-layer blend of 3D spacer mesh and abrasion-resistant 50D monofilament woven fabric, providing breathability, durability, and resistance to pilling.
• Front Panel Pocket – Vertically oriented for easy side access while wearing or from the ground. Includes an internal drop-in pocket for phone-sized items (wallet, passport, etc.) and a zippered mesh pocket for smaller essentials. The compact volume is ideal for flat items such as notebooks, field guides, or boarding passes.
• Padded + Suspended Laptop Compartment – The internal padded sleeve is fully suspended on all sides with a velcro strap to protect devices up to a 17 MacBook Pro. It can also be used to separate a laptop, tablet, or documents.
