Description
This Vintage Parker Flattop was produced c.1960’s and features a .925 sterling silver, square guilloche pattern body with 14 kt gold plate. The pen is marked with ‘Parker Sterling Vermeil made in USA’ around the cap ring. It has a 14k gold medium nib with Parker and USA engraved.
