Which phones is the wallet compatible with?
This wallet works with iPhone 12 series and later (except iPhone 12/13 mini) designed to work with MagSafe accessories.
For Android phones, you can use a MagSafe-compatible case. However, the Find My app is not available for Android phones.

If you can’t locate your wallet, try these steps:
1. Make sure your wallet is charged and stays within 50m of your phone.
2. Restart or factory reset the wallet.
